BILL McANDREW B.Sc F.R.I.C.S.Bill commenced his training as a trainee surveyor with the Department of the Environments, Property Services Agency, spending the early stages of his career working in the Central London Westminster Area, managing Crown properties including Horseguards Parade, St James’ Palace and the Houses of Parliament.
After completing a BSc in Surveying in 1986, membership of the Royal Institute of Surveyors was obtained in 1987 followed by Fellowship status in 1992.
Bill was instrumental in establishing the Practice in 1989 and has seen it develop into one of the largest independent surveying/architectural practices in the Portsmouth area. |

Barry A. LEE M.C.I.O.B.Barry commenced his training as an Electrical Apprentice with a local electrical contractor. After completing his Electrical Apprenticeship Barry progressed to Senior Project Manager with a number of Companies providing Senior Project Management to Projects including the Jubilee Line Extension and the Historic Refurbishment of Brighton Railway Station.
Barry became Director of a Building Consultancy Company providing advice on all aspects of Building Design, Project Management and Project Procurement.
Barry joined McAndrew Martin in 2006 although he has had a long relationship with the company having known Bill McAndrew since their early school years.
Barry brings a depth of knowledge in respect to Building, Electrical and Mechanical Services. |

NIGEL KIRKBY BSc M.R.I.C.SNigel started his career as an Architectural Technician in private practice before changing route and completing a BSc in Building Surveying in 1992, followed by Membership of the RICS in the same year.
Prior to joining McAndrew Martin in 2008, he specialised in Residential Land and Development, working for Local and National Housing Developers. |

IAN LEE BSc FRICSIan originally joined McAndrew Martin in 1996 and has recently returned following a period working for another local well known Surveying Practice.
Ian has a wide range of surveying experience particularly in Valuation work and Residential Surveys.
He is a past Chairman of Portsmouth Property Association and is also a School Governor. |

LEE SERGEANT BSc (Hons)Lee has been with McAndrew Martin for the last 10 years. In which time his has accomplished his BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying at Brighton University. He is now ready to take his APC and achieve RICS status. |

BRUCE SCOTTBruce joined McAndrew Martin in March 2007 as a Trainee Building Surveyor, after previous employment within Estate Agency and four years experience within a Land Surveying Practice.
Bruce is currently completing a Foundation Degree in Construction and Surveying (Building Surveying) through the University of Westminster and is keen to continue his development in pursuance of RICS status.
In his spare time Bruce is a keen athlete, playing Rugby, Cricket, Cross Country and Golf. |

JAMES BENGREE BA(Hons) ACIATJames joined McAndrew Martin in November 2008 after achieving a BA(Hons) Degree in Architectural Technology. Whilst in the process of becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) he has also commenced his Masters Degree in Historic Building Conservation at Portsmouth University, with a view to achieve Chartered status with the RICS. |

DANIEL DONDaniel started working for McAndrew Martin in October 2009 as a Trainee Building Surveyor/Autocad Technician after working within the Civil Engineering Sector, after completing a National Diploma in Engineering.

SUE McANDREWSue has been involved in the practice since its inception in 1989, and has taken over the role of Practice Manager from the early part of 2007.
Previously, Sue worked as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of a subsidiary of Essilor, within the contact lens industry and prior to that GEC which both encompassed a wide diversity of responsibility over a 15 year period.
Sue had a five year break prior to taking up her new role within McAndrew Martin, to look after her daughter prior to her commencing school. |

PAULINE HATCHARDPauline joined McAndrew Martin in 1999 as a Secretary and her knowledge and understanding of the Practice has been a great asset in assisting all staff and she was promoted to Practice Secretary in 2004. |
